Adolescent BMI and adult weight
The adolescent trial supplies the opening BMI result in adolescents with obesity. The heart-failure report concerns a different setting: a study in people with obesity-related heart failure with preserved ejection fraction, with an improvement in the KCCQ symptom and physical-limitation score. Beside it, STEP 1 supplies the weight comparison in adults with overweight or obesity without diabetes.
Clinical event trials
SELECT concerns cardiovascular events in adults with established cardiovascular disease and overweight or obesity without diabetes. SUSTAIN-6 concerns people with type 2 diabetes at high cardiovascular risk and includes the diabetic-retinopathy complication finding. FLOW adds the kidney composite in people with type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease.
Safety assessment
